OUR PROCESS
SURFACE PREP
We use special disc grinders and/or blastrac machines to prepare your floor to expose a clean, fresh surface. Dust is minimized by having machines hooked up to a vacuum system.
REPAIR
If necessary, cracks, pits or surface damage is repaired to ensure a smooth finish.
BASE COAT APPLICATION
We apply a tinted resin to the floor, which absorbs into the freshly ground or blasted concrete creating an unmatched bond for the coating system.
FLAKE SYSTEM
Once the base coat is applied, we then broadcast a layer of customized chips to add texture and beauty.
SCRAPING THE FLAKES
Once the base coat is fully cured, the floor is scraped to remove any loose or vertical standing flakes. This ensures the end result is both flat and seamless.
TOP COAT APPLICATION
Once the base coat and chips are in place, we apply a final coat of polyaspartic to protect and seal the flake system. Our top coat is 100% UV stable to you will never have to worry about it yellowing.
